Massage Diploma - The Art of Conscious Touch
꩜꩜꩜
Our Massage Diploma is an invitation to discover the transformative power of touch.
Held by Kirsty from Dubholistic, holistic therapist, creator, yoga teacher and tutor. The course is rooted in taking a whole body approach to wellness.

Through the practice of full-body Swedish massage, you’ll develop a strong foundation in therapeutic bodywork while exploring the relationship between body, mind and wellbeing. Massage is more than a collection of techniques, it is an opportunity to slow down, connect, listen and create space for the body to soften, restore and rebalance.
Our approach combines professional, practical training with presence, intuition and compassionate touch. You’ll develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to work professionally, while cultivating your own sensitivity and understanding as a therapist.
Your Journey Towards Professional Practice
Throughout the diploma, you’ll explore anatomy and physiology, client care, communication, ethical practice and the foundations of working within the wellness industry, all held within a holistic framework that recognises the interconnectedness of physical and emotional wellbeing.
Practical learning is at the heart of the course. You’ll both give and receive massage throughout your training, developing your technique, confidence and awareness through hands-on experience and preparing you for your final assessments. You’ll work towards the core competencies required for professional practice, opening pathways to work within spas and wellness centres or to develop your own independent practice.
Whether you’re beginning your journey into massage or looking to deepen an existing practice, this diploma offers a beautiful foundation for exploring the wider world of bodywork.

Your Teacher
Kirsty Boulton
Held by Kirsty from Dubholistic, holistic therapist, creator, yoga teacher and tutor.
"
I'm Kirsty, creator, owner and maker of Dubholistic and our products. From a young age I have been fascinated with holistic therapies, self care and wellbeing through the practise of yoga and the use of crystals and aromatherapy. I then became interested in natural living and the importance of what we put in and on our body, leading to the beginnings of making and creating!
After years of making skincare products for myself and experimenting with the use of aromatherapy in my yoga practise, I then began to make and create for others.
Studying Aromatherapy and Herbalism in order to create products that not only nourish the skin on the outside, but also have an effect physically and emotionally on the inside.
I am a mum of two, keen creator, cook, old Volkswagen enthusiast and yoga teacher, I love enjoying life and helping others.
Lifestyle medicine fascinates me, looking at the whole and finding the connection, using multiple ways to feel and be your best self. This interest influences my approach as a therapist, treating the mind and the body, giving a unique tailored approach."
